... has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, ...

What does this mean to me?

... kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, ... ~ Matthew 13:44-46

~ It is not about being religious.
~ It is not about being better or brighter.
~ Not what you have accomplished or how others see you.


... they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him ...
~ Acts 17:24-27


The Kingdom of God is not a physical condition
but a man seeking God's truth.


"... For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you." ~ Luke 17:21-22

The Kingdom of God is within us regardless of health or wealth.

┌─> Like finding treasure in the field.

... and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has ... ~ Matthew 13:44

┌─> Knows what he is looking for.
" ...the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, ..."
~ Matthew 13:45


I want to be with God for eternity.

~ Do we value eternity or those things of vainity?


"You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; ..."
~ John 5:39-40


"... "How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God! ..."
~ Luke 18:24-25


Like those who found treasure or sold all that they had,
it was for the reward of becoming satisfied.

Search for that which will fill you.
Things of the world cannot satisfy you.
The Kingdom of God will satisfy you.

Riches of the Grace of God.
That which is obtained,
beyond any thing,
and found
through
Jesus Christ.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? ... ~ Romans 8:35

Not jobs, things, or relationships gets between us and God.

... seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, ... ~ Matthew 6:33

... a kingdom which cannot be shaken, ... ~ Hebrews 12:28

"... and of His kingdom there will be no end." ~ Luke 1:33

... "My kingdom is not of this world. ..." ~ John 18:36

1. The Kingdom of Heaven is valuable
2. The Lord requires that we seek His Kingdom
3. The Lord requires us to put His Kingdom first


Do you treasure the word of God?

... but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. ~ Romans 14:17

Do you rush to own what God has to offer?

... unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the
kingdom of God. ... ~ John 3:5-7
