PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP REVEALED Real Obedience "If you love Me, keep My commandments." ~ John 14:15 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. ... ~ 1st John 5:3 REAL OBEDIENCE How is love-motivated obedience different? ⭩ Eager ⭨ Not minimalist ... be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, ... ~ 1st Corinthians 15:58 ... that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. ~ Titus 2:14 ... "I do not say to you, up to seven times, but up to seventy times seven." ~ Matthew 18:21-22 ... And His commandments are not burdensome. ~ 1st John 5:3 Do you love your time more than God? Do you love your comfort more than God? Do you love your way more than God? Believe ... ... believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, ... ~ Romans 10:9-10 Confess ⭩ ⭨ ... if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus ... ~ Romans 10:9-10 Repent ↓ ↓ ... "Repent, ..." ~ Acts 2:38 Be Baptized ↓ ↑ "... and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; ..." ~ Acts 2:38 ... make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ... ~ Matthew 28:19 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. ~ Galatians 3:27 ... now saves us - baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), ... ~ 1st Peter 3:21 etc. This is just the beginning:
