We want to have close relationships
and Jesus died so we can have fellowship through Him.
We need each other.

Jesus also died to please God.

... given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God
for a sweet-smelling aroma. ~ Ephesians 5:2

... For even Christ did not please Himself; ... ~ Romans 15:1-3

Christ went through gut wrenching suffering
to the point of loathing His momentary experience.

"... nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will." ~ Matthew 26:39

WHY CHRIST DIED
1. TASTE DEATH
2. SAVE THE LOST
3. BRETHREN - ONE
4. PLEASE GOD

He did it to please the Father.
He was meek ~ controlled strength.
The church has no more than what Christ offered.
We can be saved by His redeeming blood.

He died that we might hear Him
and follow Him to Heaven.
