Apostle Paul was saved, many people think they are. ... Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, ... ~ 1st Timothy 1:15 ... Who will deliver me from this body of death? ... ~ Romans 7:24-25 ... First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ ... ~ Romans 1:8 Thank God he was saved But when was Paul saved? ... he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank. ~ Acts 9:1-9 ... And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, ... ~ Acts 22:12-16 Many claim Paul was saved on the road to Damascus, but this did not happen until he was baptized.
→ Salvation comes from within. There is a story of a man who while sitting on an "out west" outhouse saw a moonbeam shining through a knot hole in the door. And so he took this as a message that his thoughts, at the moment, were divinely sent. It has come to be colloquially known as the, "Moonshine religion" Anything could apply, ~ "I saw the light." June Bugs crawling in a certain formation at a particular time or groundhogs casting shadows is not justification for the truth.
