8/6/2006 ~ With All Boldness

... grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, ...
~ Acts 4:29

... Jesus Christ ... by Him this man stands here before you whole. ...
~ Acts 4:1-12

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, ... ~ Acts 4:13

Speaking boldly involves something you would lay your life down for.

... is right in the sight of God to listen to you more than to God, you judge. ...
~ Acts 4:14-22

Seeing undeniable miracles performed, they still rejected them.

... "Lord, You are God, who made heaven and earth and the sea,
and all that is in them, ... ~ Acts 4:23-24

Peter and John preach knowing God has made all.

"... He gives to all life, breath, and all things." ~ Acts 17:24-25

Why do people deny the miracles given by God delivered to all?
It is by His will that all things are.
How is it one cannot give Him credit due?
~ Arrogance and self centered power mongering would deny God.

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. ...
~ Colossians 1:15-18

... the rulers were gathered together Against the Lord and against His Christ.
~ Acts 4:25-26

So it was:
~ Jesus Christ, you are not the Son of God and we will not receive you.

To reject God is to deny your own given life.

... filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.
~ Acts 4:27-31

To maintain boldness is to embrace the truth.
There is no shame in speaking the word of God.
God wants us to dwell in His righteousness.

... he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus. ...~ Acts 9:26-30

No matter what you’ve done,
you can live down your past and live for God.

... but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified ...
~ Philippians 1:15-21

... the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, ...
~ Galatians 2:20

Preach what is defensible, worth dying for.

... that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought speak. ~ Ephesians 6:18-20
   └─> Pray for me that I may preach boldly.

... in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access
with confidence through faith in Him. ~ Ephesians 3:9-12

Jesus instructs us how to worship God.
Endless faith enduring in the truth.

... and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. ...
~ 2nd John 1:9

He who would take away or add to Gods word is in trouble with God.

... If anyone adds to these things, ... and if anyone takes away from
the words of the book ... ~ Revelation 22:18-19

... that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, ...
~ 1st Peter 4:11

One can not back down from the word of God.

Should this be a world of anything goes religion?
~ This has never been the will of God.

... 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.' ...
~ Matthew 4:1-11

God is exclusive and selfish.
~ Jesus does not come to a summit with Satan.
His word is clear – “Only Him you shall serve.”

Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. ... ~ Titus 2:15

If you live up to what is right,
there is no need to compromise or negotiate.

Peter and John didn’t do it.
Paul didn’t do it and Titus was told not to,

and we should not either.

Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, ... ~ Ephesians 4:29-32

God's word boldly holds our wisdom.

... So we may boldly say: "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear.
What can man do to me?" ~ Hebrews 13:5-6
